As a former Global Client Managing Director within the Publicis Groupe, I've had first-hand experience of the challenges of developing and leading teams across multiple markets in fast paced and demanding environments.I'm passionate about changing work for the better. I'm proud to be a trustee and former President of the Bloom UK network for women in communications and a mentor for the Business Leaders programme with diversity and inclusion specialist, Creative Equals. Based on my experiences working with teams and individuals in fast-paced environments, I believe that creating space and time to think is crucial to enabling change.
