Reported to VP of engineering.+ Negotiated with customers regarding the product requirements and features, and constructed the product requirement document, while gaining consensus from the management team.+ Dramatically improved working relationship with the major Japanese customer by proactively enhancing communications: clarifying feature details, coordinating launch schedule, and providing a thorough follow-up in case of technical glitches.+ Hands-on coding of the J2EE-based application running with SQL server (through EJB/JDBC) along with two other software engineers.
