Residential Client Advocate - Loan Processor
Current- Process an average volume of 15 loans a month from origination to pre-closing.
- Determine borrower’s creditworthiness by gathering, verifying, and analyzing necessary financial informationincluding credit reports, qualifying ratios, income and expense data, employment histories, and property values.
- Work collaboratively with internal/external teams: borrowers, loan officers, underwriting, title, and insurance agents.
- Order and review appraisals, title commitments, insurances to ensure loan files are complete and accurate to satisfy underwriting conditions per program guidelines (Conventional, FHA, VA, Lot, Construction-Perm.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential issues to meet target closing and lock expiration dates.
- Remain knowledgeable of all State and Federal lending and documentation regulations as well as Bank policies and guidelines ensuring compliance.
