My efforts resulted in a customer satisfaction rate of 100%, securing their second project.I led the development of design systems, documentation for a zero-code app development platform, incorporating planning in account management, heuristic evaluation, and content strategy. Created shared component libraries for cross-functional teams using Adobe XD and Figma.
