Scheduling of 10-12 technicians for jobs domestically and internationally in Malaysia, Abu Dhabi, Venezuela and CanadaManaging logistics, quoting services, obtaining and processing purchase orders from customers to sales coordinators.Develop and maintain site visit schedule's and plan and direct field services personnel (All logistics for technician arrangements; flight, hotel, car rental, cash advance, directions, passports, visa's etc)Customer billingPrepares required domestic/international support paperwork (e.g., shipping memos, export documentation) by referring to reference guides to ensure shipments are accompanied with accurate and complete shipping detail.Skilled with various Project Management tools such as Excel, MS Word, Power point and MS-ProjectAssist Field Service Technical Manager on implementation and documentation of all customer requestsPlan, document and continuously improve and communicate methods and procedures for field services staffEnsure staff is following-up with customers, as appropriate, on identified action itemsResponsible for the proper shipment or delivery of parts to our technicians in the field.
