I am an accomplished researcher and educator with a Postdoc experience of more than 8 years from Ural Federal University, Russia, and a PhD in Environmental Science and Engineering from the IIT (ISM), Dhanbad, India. My expertise lies in plant-microbe interactions, microbial ecology, bioremediation, and the development of bio-fertilizers. I have a robust track record of contributions to the scientific community, demonstrated through numerous peer-reviewed publications in high-impact journals such as Environmental Science and Pollution Research, Journal of Environmental Management, Frontiers in Plant Science, and Chemosphere.I have successfully secured and managed several prestigious grants as a Principal Investigator (PI), including those from the bilateral Indo-Russian DST-RFBR and the Russian Science Foundation, supporting my innovative research on biofortification and biochar-based drought regulation. Throughout my career, I have developed strong international collaborations with institutions in the USA, France, and Russia. I have served as a Lead Researcher and Scientific Researcher at Ural Federal University, Russia, and as an Assistant Professor in India. My teaching and mentoring experience spans courses in microbiology, biotechnology, and environmental science, where I have guided students in both theoretical and practical aspects of these disciplines.My technical skills include advanced microbiological and molecular biology techniques, such as high-throughput sequencing, PCR, ELISA, FE-SEM and various spectrophotometric methods. Additionally, I am proficient in statistical data analysis using SPSS and XLSTAT.My career objective is to advance sustainable agricultural practices and contribute to environmental restoration efforts through cutting-edge research and collaboration in plant-microbe interaction.
