Responsible for three recruitment officers and two administrators.Recruitment and selection of Doctors. The Doctors rotation was for the Specialist Registrars London rotation covering 7 teaching hospitals and approx. 120 positions. This involved managing 7 CEO’s and numerous consultants and being a member of the appointing panel.Strategic project work throughout the Trust including accommodation sourcing, overseas recruitment of nurses and the creation of nurse rotations. There were approx. 50 vacancies at any one time within the Hospital units I was directly responsible for.
