Recruited to deliver aggressive growth and long term, sustainable value, I created a disciplined end-to-end Business Development process and a focused development strategy. Captured over $150M in projects with a high win rate through detailed analysis of market conditions and creative development and positioning of unconventional teams and solutions.Created new, high-margin business line for Portage and beat competitors to market by identifying a critical customer need ahead of competitors and building a team of professionals to immediately and cost-competitively respond to that need. As Program Manager, I assembled and managed a team of over 100 personnel working under multiple contracts with a total ceiling value of greater than $800M. I had all profit and loss, budget, earned value, and personnel management responsibility for the program office.
