As India head of Collateral IT, I am responsible for delivery management of projects executed from India. We have 3 devOps pods which manage all the important components of Collateral IT landscape. We have successfully increased our application ownership index within India center. Apart from Development, Test, Production support we also have some critical roles executed from India like Project management, Release management, Infrastructure management and Business management. We have transformed our Collateral India team which now focuses more on innovative technical solutions and participates in all major organization led technical events. Some of our focus groups are working on Cloud migration, adopting Kubernetes, migration to Postgres etc.

Collateral IT is a post trade service dealing with risk mitigation via managing Collateral for our clients. We worked on an ambitious program to build an in-house platform loosely coupled with Smartstream Algo to meet our future state architecture. I managed the successful migration of the upgraded application to all global regions. I also managed the BAU stream for Collateral IT. I was also the Program Manager for HSBC UK Ring Fenced Bank Collateral Implementation program. Additionally I was responsible to lead Risk and Control function for Collateral Asset class.

Global CRM Solution Center is the biggest program under the key initiative umbrella of PBFOS.This program aligns the Group Private Banking CRM model across regions.Global CRM designed by us, is a combination of KYC & CIF (Accounts, Portfolios, Relationships). It also has capabilities of supporting Visitations (Also called as Contact Activity) & Trips. The product was appreciated by the US Federal monitor as one of the best, robust CRM product he had seen in his career.We also fulfilled compliance requirements like:- enhanced AML Risk Rating, UK RDR & FATCA.Other than product delivery, I also got involved in -building up a location strategy for our team (We built a team in India and China)-client co-ordination-vendor management-facing audits
