As a project manager, I was responsible for the planning, coordination and training of a $12 million-dollar project for equipment designed to optimize security operations in 1,200 + new locations nation-wide. I served as the primary point of contact for multiple integrators. I authored two documents, one that provided detailed, step-by-step installation and configuration instructions for installers to ensure compliance with company standards, and another that provided operational instructions for end-users and system administrators. I provided training to contract security force for the operation and use of the system for monitoring, detecting, assessment and response initiation.

During my time in graduate school after the military, I functioned as a security officer and security manager for a contract security company. I functioned in an "observe & report" role to provide a deterrence to possible criminal activity, as well as being a source of reliable information for employees and visitors.
