Laboratory Research Assistant▸Tested products, raw material and quality control.▸New product development with great waterproof, high tensile strength and elongation to meet market demand. ▸Customized adjustment of physical properties of product (ex: Coating special color, solid content, non-dripping, tensile strength and elongation)2. Marketing and Communication Sales Intern▸Provided consulting services of waterproof construction methods to an average of 4 customers every day, including construction company supervisors, site directors, engineering co, and paint shops.▸The total customers visited each month was about 75, and the best monthly performance is NT$1 million.

▸Led 8 members team to study production layout and determined the heat released of reactors and the number of coolers required in the production line by calculating the reaction heat, viscosity, fluid mechanics and other variables in a simulation system.▸Team proposed to change the direction of the pipeline and improve the cooling system to reduce the number of coolers and power consumption, achieved an 8% cost reduction for the production line.▸The project participants were over 200 people but only 32 people received this internship. (This project was collaborated by the University and the chemical company Fiberlean Technologies Ltd.
