• Managed efforts associated with internal Real Estate reduction efforts globally, ensuring that the Bank achieves its goals of shedding 10% of its administrative real estate occupancy over four years, with the savings to the Bank being measured in hundreds of millions of dollars. o Worked directly with strategic planning, tactical planning, transactions & investments, construction project management and property management teams. o In 2011, the Program reduced the Bank Portfolio by 4.4 Million Square Feet, and in 2010 the Program reduced the portfolio by 6.7 Million Square Feet. o Oversaw $134 Million Program budget, yielding more than $100 Million annualized savings to the Bank.• Managed Real Estate Transition projects associated with the merger activities between Bank of America and several acquired companies, including Merrill Lynch, Countrywide Financial, LaSalle Bank and U.S. Trust. o Responsible for $40 Million budget for project efforts on these various Transitions.• Managed implementation of Change Management activities associated with new divisional organizational structure, specifically focused on Strategy and Planning areas of Corporate Workplace.• Coordinated Risk Analysis for all aspects of CRE division, including documentation of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), High Risk Process Controls, and Risk and Controls Self Assessment (RCSA).
