CurrentOutline:Project management on a broad range of projects from film and content to interactive software and exhibition designs. I am responsible for delivering large- and small-scale projects according to briefs, timelines, and budgets, managing both creative and technical teams in-house and externally. This role also involves the development of long-term relationships with our high-profile clients including major international developers, architects, cultural institutions, visitor attractions, and green technology businesses.•Planning working schedules and resources in line with production milestones; actively monitoring productivity and quality of output daily.•Contracting and managing contractors and external collaborators based in the UK and overseas, as well as in-house teams.•Establishing strong client relations and serving as the central point of contact for designated projects, attending all client meetings to guide and manage production progress.•Ensuring project milestones and delivery dates are met.•Responsible for project budgets between £20k and £5m+.•Planning and attending studio and location shoots in the UK and internationally including crewing, kit hire, location permissions, talent bookings, and scheduling.•Assessing project briefs with HOP and Directors to establish initial pitch presentation ideas and creative/technical concepts, including the creation of pitch documents, quotes, and contracts for new business.•Projects include; CG, live-action and hybrid films involving full-CG as well as VP, green screen and live-action shoots; real-time Unreal Engine-based builds and apps; 3D architectural visualisations ranging from city-wide masterplans to capturing detailed designs; digital design including brand launches; exhibition/spatial designs among others.
