Current- Construction of plants in the oil and gas industryResponsibilities include:- Research business processes to develop an IT product that solves the following problems:• Determination of requirements based on design specifications and requests from construction sites, integration with engineering and administrative document management system;• Lotting and contracting of materials according to project needs;• Control of production of goods and production inspections at contractors, creation of CRM system to work with contractor;• Control of materials in transit with tracking of status and delivery dates; • Transfer of work in progress (materials, job cards) between contractors and construction sites;• Warehouse accounting of materials and equipment;• Material issuance and physical volume control, integration with construction control system;• Tracking the status and planning and forecasting performance of the procurement procedure.- Defining the target architecture of the system and its position in the stack of the unified IT platform of the project, integration planning;- Strategic planning for IT system development;- Short and medium term planning for system development;- Control of project deadlines;- Identify project risks, blockers, assess their impact on the project and mitigate them;- Maintaining working functionality.The team is subordinate:• Functional Architect - 1 FTE• Business Analyst - 2 FTE• System Analyst, Lead Developer - 1 FTE• Senor Developer - 3 FTE Involvement of contracting companies to develop technical specifications, functional modules.The number of users of the system is 150 people, planned more than 500 people.
