I am working at Continental Engineering Compounds as a shift supervisor. I  have worked for National Adhesive distributor as a production supervisor. I have worked for Ikigai components manufacturing as a temporary employee as a Quality controller. I have worked for Concord Refrigeration as a production planner/ assistant manager. I have worked at Toyota Tsusho Africa as a warehouse administrator as a temp, Inbounding to POD retrieval. I have work for Media Works as a Facilitator for adult learning ABET level 1 to 4, FLC, I have worked for J.J Function Hire as operations manager ( family business) and I have worked Mahle Behr for 21 Years. I have grown with Mahle Behr from a casual worker in the Injection Moulding Department (1994) to a Production Supervisor (1999) and then to a Production Planner in the Logistics Department (May 2015). I have strived and worked hard to achieve my goals. I have gained much knowledge and experience over the years from my various superiors. I have proved that I am loyal, committed and dedicated to the needs and interests of the company. I have been asked to assist with managing the shift as an Acting Foreman reporting to the Production Manager.I am loyal, reliable, detailed orientated, extremely hard working, a good motivator and organizer, and with these skills it has enabled me to be effective in defusing problems. Team work is another skill that I have acquired and I know is necessary for organizational cohesiveness. I have strengths such as commitment, dedication, confidence, quick learner and have a positive attitude. My work experience has provided me with a wide range of life skills e.g.: problem solving, the ability to interact and operate effectively in any given environment. I have the ability to use Microsoft Office package, knowledge of SAP and VMI (vendor managed inventory). I believe in working hard and striving for excellence in whatever I do. I am computer Literate; I have a Diploma in Production Management (NQF 5). I am constantly seeking challenges and opportunities for personal growth and career development. I have finished an Advanced Excel course with Bytes Technology. I have completed a Leadership Essentials Training with Deloitte/ DDI and Energy Efficiency Workshop with Interactive Training Dynamics. I have completed Excel on Steroids with Sage Alchemex. My goals in life are to treat life's challenges as an opportunity rather than a problem, being able to adapt to every change in the workplace; leading creative ideas; being the ideal candidate for transformation, growth and innovation.
