Product Owner/Business Analyst/Code Detective for OnGuard® Web Apps- managing the Product Backlog for a team of developers and QA specialists (currently 12 people) responsible for a suite of access control and video surveillance browser applications;- successfully researched, described, planned, and oversaw the delivery of multiple Product Iterations;- communicating and coordinating between Product Management and the development team;- planning and prioritizing the workflow of the Web Apps development team;- creating and managing requirements for software features, research spikes, and regression testing;- leading a11y initiatives across OnGuard® Web Apps;- providing technical expertise to the Tech Support and Sustaining teams for customer engagements in both current and legacy applications;- participating in feature and initiative design with Product Management;- cooperating with UX/UI designers, documentation writers, and the localization team.
