- Manage the seasonal purchasing budget and own the selection and strategy for a specific group of designers and categories.- Select products to create a consistent buying message that is true to the Koton’s brand.- Archive target budgets, margins and sell-throughs. - Responsible for fabric sourcing, reviewing and proposing to add or exit fabric suppliers.- Research and establish latest fabric trend.- Develop trend driven fabrics to price point to create new opportunities across the business globally.- Work closely with the fabric R & D, design & sourcing team to underpin a seasonal sourcing strategy.- Support and manage fabric supply base in Far East and Europe.- Actively manage fabric sourcing and development critical path.- Facilitate the establishment of new global fabric sourcing routes.

- Work with the fabric supervisor to follow all women's fabrics from R&D to BULK Fabric approval.- Responsible for collating all fabric info and chasing prices from suppliers and entering details into sample tracking documents.- Progress chase delivery dates from Suppliers for sample lengths, and update information to the Product Team.- Book In Sampling fabric and seasonal Hangers.- Maintain Fabric Purchase orders on Nebim V3 system.- Book in fabric PO's on Nebim V3 system once fabrics are delivered to Manufacturers.

- Participates in the preparation and tracking of proposals, pitches, projects, presentations, and communications materials.- Adding new supplier brands, selecting collections/products from brands.- Preparation of sample order forms for products approved for sale for the campaign, follow-up of sample product approval process.- Drafts content for e-commerce campaign. Assists with e-commerce shopping website postings.- Making a business plan and following up the sales process in order to achieve e-commerce sales targets.- Develop products and maintains company's portfolio through the firm’s new textile companies.
