As a Community Management Team Member at Turkishe Network, I am responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the community and increase engagement. I contribute to building a supportive and inspiring community by establishing an active communication network among members. Additionally, my responsibilities include understanding the needs of the community members, gathering feedback, and organizing events and training sessions accordingly. I also lead various projects and events aimed at supporting women’s career development, leadership, and sustainability.

Turkishe is a global sisterhood network that supports young Turkish women in empowering themselves and writing their own successstories. It aims to empower women aged 18-25 in their journey of personal development, career planning, and creating a sustainablefuture. Turkishe includes educational modules that support young women in gaining knowledge on personal awareness, career, andsustainability issues, enabling them to fully utilize and unleash their potential. Through peer learning, mentorship support, andinspirational sessions, participants are able to expand their visions and uncover their potential.

In this position, I am responsible for promoting GDSC's events and opportunities by communicating with students who are passionate about technology. By supporting students on topics such as software development, artificial intelligence and cloud technologies, I aim to bring together young people who are interested in technology and play an important role in their careers. I contribute to the growth of GDSC Selçuk University through social media platforms and to reach a wide audience with our events.
