Project Manager for $45million USD project at Al Udeid US Air Base in Qatar. Project was a multiple building project with over 150 in the field and site staff of over 15. Point of contact with client, USACE, and home office based in Ankara, Turkey.

Managing the construction of a new 16,000 sq ft Academic building and concurrently the renovation of the Gross Anatomy Lab in the heart of campus. Direct the daily efforts of a multi-cultural work force including training in the means and methods and the proper material selection and usage in how to build and comply with the International Building Code. Co-create all project budgets, negotiate and approve all project proposals, create all project schedules, approve all progress payments, approve and negotiate change orders, and miscellaneous work order invoices. Issue weekly and ongoing status update reports to Upper Management. Responsible for adhering to design and plan specifications, coordinating any requests for information between the site team and the state side design team, and the issuance of site directives when changes need to occur. Report to the Director of Corporate Facilities and regularly interact with Senior University officials in order to ensure minimal impact on university activities with the ongoing construction progress.
