My work has been supported by major donors, including USAID, DFID, NMFA, OFDA, CIDA, the World Bank, IFAD, and UN agencies such as UNHCR, UNICEF, and WFP, with project budgets ranging from $10-50 million USD.In the past 13 years of senior leadership, I have been an integral part of senior management teams at the country program level, planning, leading, organizing, and controlling the HR and Administration functions. I have also served as a key contact for safeguarding and as head of investigations. My strategic role involved engaging key stakeholders, formulating policies, advising program technical teams, and supporting diverse HR functions to drive organizational growth and maximize impact.Throughout my career, I have collaborated with various technical departments and partners to strengthen local capacity and leadership at multiple levels. This includes influencing the development of new national standards and guidelines, expanding people and culture management services, and promoting innovation in HR practices using data and evidence to demonstrate impact.As a visionary leader, I inspire and support teams and organizations to seek innovative solutions and form strategic partnerships for impact, scale, and sustainability.
