Formulating and circulating agendas and action lists. Collating and presenting commercial, technical and QHSE data. Preparing De lap’s Report, project plans, procedures and method statements. Logistic plans, Doing site survey and providing site information and details to design team to prepare Shop drawings and detail drawings according to the site situation. Submitting Shop drawings / Material sample for Client and consultant approval. Attending site meetings with client and consultant Material Procurement for approved sample as per schedule Monitoring production at joinery factory Project execution with our team and coordinating work with other contractors Verifying the cutting list for the inbuilt units before installation at site Issuing snagging list to supervisors before handing over.
