Served on the Equity, Diversity, Safety & Justice taskforce providing organisational leadership to develop a roadmap towards a Restorative Justice Programme at Greenpeace anchored in intersectionality. Coordinating Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (E,D &I) in communications and engagement including overseeing the delivery of an E,D &I content audit across all Greenpeace International channels covering 12 months.Providing support and leadership to communities of practice on how to embed and apply an EDI lens to their work from conception, throughout the design process to output.

Primarily responsible for advising multilayered communications and influencer strategies for global offices, with a focus on the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. This includes identifying relationship opportunities, building foundational stories and narratives and designing rapid response opportunities.I also work to support a robust community of practice to gather stories and weave powerful content and messaging into their work; working in cross-functional engagement and campaign teams to develop targeted messaging and content plans; collaborating key partners (internal and external) to translate knowledge into communications content and influencer strategies; and backing our priority offices in strengthening their communications capacity — always keeping our values centered along the way.
