As an IT Operations Manager, I lead the IT operations team, comprising three highly technical teams (three direct, 15 indirect reports), driving transformative changes and ensuring alignment with business goals. My responsibilities include managing procurement processes and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align IT strategies accordingly.I oversee IT security measures to safeguard company data and assets, establishing robust risk management protocols and staying current with cybersecurity threats and trends. Additionally, I direct Business As Usual (BAU) projects to ensure timely delivery and adherence to quality standards while spearheading the creation and implementation of innovative IT solutions to support the organization's growth ambitions.Developing and executing a comprehensive Information Systems (IS) strategy that integrates seamlessly with business goals and ensures operational excellence is a key part of my role. I effectively manage IT budgets, resources, and vendor relationships, providing leadership, guidance, and support to internal stakeholders throughout the digital transformation journey.Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to understand IT requirements and deliver effective solutions that meet business needs. I also contribute to tender processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Overseeing the daily operations of the ICT Services team, I optimize technology solutions in alignment with business requirements and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.I assist senior management in identifying trends and insights crucial for achieving team objectives and craft comprehensive presentations and proposals on technology strategies and issues.

He is also an exceptional race car driver with a few wins under his belt.His career is 100% IT related where he started as a 1st level support officer and then Greater Asia Region Network Engineer with chip maker giant INTEL, moving on to Franchise owner operator of the largest IT service franchises winning Franchisee of the year multiple years in a row breaking sales and customer feedback records. He now works for Chameleon Software where he started as a Network and Support Manager working his way into his current IT Manager role leading concurrent company wide projects. During his support manager tenure, he grew and lead the support team to be efficient with implementation of policies, procedures and technologies such as JIRA. He has advanced skills in Atlassian JIRA automation. In his current role as IT Manager, he has implemented and resolved many long standing issues such as migrating the company to Microsoft based services, spearheading improvements in Cyber Security and also currently leading a project to acquire the company ISO 27001 and RFFR accreditation.
