My job consists of two parts:1) review the processes our lawyers have, redesign them, if needed, and find suitable tools for them to do their job2) assist our clients to review their processes, and give advice on how technology could help them.

I co-authored a book Kaikki koodaa with Vlada Laukkonen. The book explains the basics of coding, IT industry, a wide variety of different technologies, and how software is made. The book is aimed at people who don't have much or any background in IT, but want to understand it. Maybe they want to think about what they want to do when they grow up, or need.

My main tasks included * internal software design and development, * legal design projects (both process design and document design), and * requirements analysis, UX design, user manual writing, and project management in extenal software projects. I also did some client work as a lawyer.

I did functional requirement analysis and UX design in a major public sector legal tech software.

On-the-job-training as a part of a Further Educated by Companies program. My tasks included e.g. user studies and interaction design.

I worked as a part-time research assistant in HCI research while I was completing my master's thesis. My assignments handled user research, and how concept design ideas develop in workshops.

I acted as one of the key contributors in a major offering development to a Finnish public sector customer and developed and presented a SAP based proof of concept as a part of the offering. I also developed and delivered a rules management simulation for a Finnish public sector customer.

I did requirements specification on taxation software. My job included analyzing the requirements with the customer, writing specifications and drafting user interfaces.

I worked as a tax expert on several fields of taxation, most of the time on gift and inheritance taxation. My tasks included e.g. working with challenging taxation cases, helping and educating other tax officers, teaching inheritance taxation at a university course, law drafting, and being a subject matter expert in collecting software requirements.

I worked at a small advocate's office during my law studies. During the school year I worked part-time, and during the summer full-time. My tasks included e.g. preparing legal documents, customer service, archiving, and book keeping.
