I grew up scientifically at New England Biolabs (NEB) in the early 1990s when our catalog was used as a textbook by many in molecular biology. Having helped develop one of our early kitted products, I experienced all aspects of product innovation and development, matched with customer experience, needs, and support. From there came my lifelong commitment to support product innovation for the life sciences.As the ambassador for NEB in Southern California, I enjoy learning about cutting edge science in research labs across the worlds of academia, biotech, and pharma. Seeing the germination of an idea going from an early experiment at the bench to a wildly successful, fully integrated product, fuels my passion for working closely with our customers.
