Van oktober 2017 tot oktober 2020 leidde ik het kindhulpprogramma van Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos (Stichting WereldOuders) in Bolivia. Als National Director was ik verantwoordelijk voor het strategische en operationale leiderschap van de organisatie, hierbij stuurde ik 50 medewerkers aan, waarbij we gezamenlijk verantwoordelijk waren voor de levens van 110 kwetsbare kinderen.

Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos™, which in English means 'Our Little Brothers and Sisters', strives to provide a permanent family and home for orphaned, abandoned and other at-risk children who live in conditions of extreme poverty. Since 1954 the organization has cared for thousands of orphaned and abandoned children. The first home opened in Mexico, later followed by homes in Honduras, Haiti, Nicaragua, Guatemala, El Salvador, the Dominican Republic, Peru and Bolivia. To date, over 17,600 children have been cared for by this unique and loving family.My job included:- Overseeing needs (projects) of the home.- Collecting the required information in order to make the projects understandable and 'saleable' for the various NPH fundraising offices in Europe, Canada and United States.- Following the collection of funds in collaboration with the NPH fundraising offices.- Tracking the development of the projects.- Reporting about the development/completion of the projects to NPH fundraising offices.Furthermore:- I manage construction projects, in collaboration with the accountant office and national director.- I developed together with fish farming experts a self sustainable fish project that we hope to carry through in 2015.
