- Evaluation of the proposals submitted in response to call for proposals EAC-A03-2018 Eramus +;- Drafting and submitting the evaluation reports for the evaluated proposals and other deliverables;- Participating in evaluation meetings and hearings with the European Commission;

- Liaise with the Chief Veterinary Officer to ensure technical support and commitment to the national disease control programs;- Develop epidemiological studies and oversee the implementation of disease survey plans;- Monitor and supervise the efficiency of veterinary information system;- Asses and monitor health indicators and demographic changes in livestock and wildlife;- Animal health data management, epidemiological data analysis and interpretation; - Investigate and implement rapid control measures in response to disease outbreaks ;- Act as OIE focal point for animal disease reporting, animal disease reporting officer to EU-ADNS and contributor to Rabies Information System of the WHO Collaboration Centre for Rabies Surveillance and Research;

- Coordinated and supervised the implementation of enterotoxaemia control program in Kukes region, Albania;- Prepared course materials and conduced training workshops on disease control and prevention for official veterinarians, private veterinary practitioners and farmers;- Designed the technical monitoring survey of vaccination campaigns and prepared summary reports of outcomes;- Prepared the animal health section of national small ruminants subsector study; - Designed questionnaires, carried out key informant interviews, and conducted participatory appraisals with farmer communities; - Developed relational data bases and created appropriate datasets to accommodate the information collected; - Conducted statistical analyses and interpreted findings;
