    My work in this corporate venture included whole process development of an IoT based virtual power plant from pilot of 100 clients to a scalable solution (currently thousands of private clients and business clients). The processes needed to be developed from scratch both for our internal startup as an independent entity and one of the Fortum divisions that was to sell this product to the private clients. My work included e.g. serious change management to win over the relevant corporate side managers, strategic B2C and B2B client concept development, user centric service design and testing with clients, agile product owner, scrum master and multi-vendor management with the agile IoT based device management platform development from MVP to a scalable solution, (device making and physical device management was not my responsibility), B2B and B2C sales strategies, marketing, contract drafting with lawyers, go-to-market strategies to various countries, innovation and project management, client co-operation, branding and media relations.See more about the virtual power plant in www.spring.energy!
