About Kulani Mathebula

Masters candidate holding an NRF-HSRC scholarship undergoing a Masters in Development Studies full thesis, I have seven years of working experience in the field Socio-Economic Developmental Programmes.I have experience in working with intercultural societies which are the civil societies, community-based organisations and Non-profit organisations implementing socio-economic justice projects across the country. Throughout my work experience, I have developed a solid foundation in human rights and social justice advocacy. My coursework has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by vulnerable populations worldwide and the legal frameworks that underpin human rights protection. I am particularly drawn to gender equality; women & children’s rights, because of its exceptional reputation in the regions.My acquired Skills include Project Coordination , Project involvement, Project Administration, Stakeholder engagement, Community Development, Qualitative research, data collection & data qaulity assurance, Reports writing & Policy reviews and Development, facilitatotion and Monitoring & Evaluation.My Passion as a Development Practitioner;  Rural Communities are my laboratory.
