My primary responsibility was the forward-thinking development of Henry Schein's technology roadmap, a strategy that was pivotal in underpinning the company’s expansive digital transformation. In partnership with sales, marketing, and business divisions worldwide, I was instrumental in deploying best-in-class technology solutions and architecture.

I was instrumental in developing a cohesive web and mobile strategy that aligned with the company's goals, significantly enhancing the digital user experience across web and mobile platforms. My leadership facilitated the launch of a redesigned, fully responsive website, new apps for iPhone and iPad, and an award-winning editorial content app, achieving a Webby award for the best shopping experience and exceeding mobile conversion targets. I spearheaded key initiatives like data architecture retooling, the implementation of comprehensive e-commerce systems, and the adoption of advanced technology platforms, resulting in increased productivity and a reduction in service costs while managing the department's budget effectively.

I led significant IT initiatives to streamline operations and enhance e-commerce and mobile solutions, facilitating the company's evolution into a multi-channel business through strategic technology roadmaps and Service Oriented Architecture initiatives. My role involved bridging gaps between business strategy and technology, achieving buy-in for IT strategies, and implementing process improvements to meet service level agreements, culminating in the creation of a new mobile website and a five-year Omnichannel roadmap.
