Senior Production Engineer
Current* Prepare the daily, weekly and monthly production report. * Monitored cost and quality of production.*Ensuring proper identification, Storage and handling of material in the shop floor. * Continuously working towards Quality & productivity improvement throughKaizen activities. * Proper utilization of Man power and developing multi skill talent of operator. * Responsible for KAIZEN & POKA-YOKE activities, 5’S implementation, SafetyAudits. * To organize daily work management at shop floor and co-ordinate with workers& ensure proper house keeping. * Study and be knowledgeable in the Cycle Time (Loading Process and Unloadingprocess) of the Existing Process and continuously improve upon and reduce thecycle Time. * Develop and execute production schedules as per customer demands. * Maximize effectiveness of production team, equipment and multi-line productswithin planned schedules while reducing costs. * Rejection & rework analysis to control and reduce the in house & customer PPM. * Responsible to monitored OEE on daily basis. * Making operators to identifying the abnormalities by conducting daily basismeetings. * Reducing housekeeping time by eliminating sources of dust and dirt. * Formulating provisional standards to enable cleaning, tightening and checking with minimal time and effort of operators
