Kulawat runs Lean In Consulting, a boutique Agile consulting firm, to help clients uncover their business agility. In parallel, Kulawat passionately promotes Agile in Thailand for more than 10 years by organizing major Agile conferences and collaborating with key Agile influencers from around the world. Lately, Kulawat has become one of the very few Certified Flight Levels Guide (FLG) helping enterprises enabling agility beyond the team level in the organization.Kulawat has been helping various enterprises such as SCG, Roach Diagnostics, Krungsri Auto, PTT Digital, SCB, Bank of Thailand, dtac, Ascend Group, FWD, DST, and Thomson Reuters in adopting Agile through training, coaching, and consulting of the various body of knowledge including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, Flight Levels and OKRs.
