 Responsible to check & analyze circle raised request for Replacement & Maintenance CAPEX. Replacement of assets due to aging, repeated failure and BER factor. Taking care of all A-class equipment procurement. PR approval and follow-ups with SCM/vendor for delivery as per the delivery schedule. SAP activities including WBSE, PR, PO and Material procurement. SAP activities for MRN/GR/GI of assets to liquidize the material at site level. Product feedback to Technology and SCM. Looking after AMC and CAMC for all A-Class equipment. Corrective & Preventive maintenance schedule compliances. TAT involved in execution of task by SMEs & closure of trouble tickets. Responsible for monitoring & Improving Basic Service Parameters of all SMEs. Support the field team to cascade the field requirement to higher management. EB connectivity/usability follow-up and progress management. Looking at O&M activities including Outages, Uptime, Diesel & Electricity Consumption. Analyses on Diesel filling, Outage/ failure in equipment. Implementing innovative cost reduction measures to generate substantial savings to achieve overall operational competitiveness. Looking all O&M modal like comprehensive, non-comprehensive and In-house. New initiative like FCU, wind ventilator, Fuel catalyst etc rollout & timely feedback from field and necessary changes if required under guarantee / Warranty. Looking for Theft and burnt cases, in respect of P&L and taking care for claim from respective O&M/ Security agency or insurance claim. Analyze Average Site Expenses and apprise O&M Head for any anomalies / aberrations. Monitoring Sign-off with vendor & customers on outages as per the MSAs. Monitoring Sign-off with vendors on P&F cost.

 Site survey and activity planning. Site layout, technical and engineering drawing. Coordinate with vendors for various activities at the sites. Liaisioning for EB, MCA and SACFA. Generating and reviewing project reports periodically. Briefing the project status to concerned Project-Head. Material procurement as per site requirement.  Assuring the quality standards being followed. Conducting the final acceptance tests (As AT supervisor also, with T&D circle).  Documentation of various jobs related to sites.  As well as handling the E-track for work packages of the sites. Reconcile the site expense regarding all activities.
