Job Responsibility:Final InspectionInspection of final assembly for completeness & soundness documentation of the same for third party inspection agency and client inspection as per approved QAP. 1 hour No load test of final M/C as per EEL standard and observation report of the same. Joint inspection with customer/Third party of final M/C.Receipt Inspection & Vendor support Cell: Regular improvement at vendor end for vendor up gradation. Development of Sub assembly at vendor end. Weekly/Monthly vendor wise rejection report. Verification of material test report (chemical & physical properties) as per IS. Witness NDT testing at vendor site & Insite.Responsibility of Documentation:Documentation for ISO 9001:2008.Preparing Process and final Inspection Report.Preparing Material testing record.Preparing final inspection report.Control all documents of specified Quality plan for customer.Maintain instrument calibration recordResolve & Control non-conformities, take corrective & Preventive activities.Co-ordinate with client's suppliers, inspection agencies & report to Management on quality related matters.Non-destructive examination results reports ,Maintaining all the documents for Customer and Third party.The Attainments:Implementation of Quality Assurance.
