Job Profile:- Handling of all kind raw material, consumables, packing materials, lubricants, Machines spares etc. Material storage as per lay-out or location defined and as per inventory norms decided by the Company. Implementation of FIFO, LIFO, HIFO and Maintain 5 S activities as per company rules. Making list of slow moving items and updating of dead inventory lists. Preparation MRN, RGP, NRGP, Monthly MIS & .Material receipt & issue.` Recalculation of Stock Materials, Party & Job work Materials on monthly basis etc Monitoring of minimum maximum level and critical item informing to section in charge. Preparation of requirement as per plan, fellow up the vendors for the materials supply. To trace new vendors of supply and develop cordial relations with them in order to ensure continuous material supply. To keep controlled documents & records for use of purchase Department. Responsible for releasing Delivery schedules to vendors and monitoring the supplies performances. Maintain records of Job Work as per Excise rules Responsible for system development, implementation & periodic assessment of suppliers. Stock verification as per Books & Physical Stock. Preparation of Monthly Requirement Plan with co-ordination with production department. Documentation of Rejected Material & responsible for sending back to party. Coordination with accounts & Purchase department & bill process Taking follow-up action for timely procurement and delivery.
