CurrentLeading a diverse team of over 150 associates, Team leaders, Project Officers, and Assistant Project Managers. I orchestrate the successful execution of multiple critical projects, ensuring their timely completion and exceeding client expectations.My role extends beyond project management; I am the primary interface with clients, adeptly understanding their needs and maintaining high levels of satisfaction throughout project lifecycle.One of my key responsibilities is ensuring a smooth transition as projects move from client locations, guaranteeing continuity and excellence in delivery.Recognizing the importance of a motivated workforce, I am deeply involved in recruitment, on boarding, and retention strategies, ensuring that our team is equipped to deliver top-notch customer service consistently.Through coaching and mentorship, I cultivate a culture of excellence, ensuring that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Turnaround Times (TATs) are not just met but exceeded. Regular status reports to internal stakeholders and clients keep everyone informed and aligned.I also oversee the outsourcing of offline projects, from vendor selection to training, ensuring seamless integration into our operations.Reporting directly to the Division Director & VP (International Sales & Operations), I am entrusted with the day-to-day management of operational activities, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across the board.
