· Responsible for the complete engineering & design of the IGBT and SCR Based medium frequency Power supply units for the induction melting application.· Responsible for the optimisation of the design and the standardisation.· Assigned with the tasks of selection of all components and material.· Assigned with the responsibilities of creating all dimensional drawings, Main assembly drawings, part drawings, Electrical drawings and complete Bill of Materials.· Knowledge of Microsoft AX and Microsoft D365 F&O SCM modules.· Worked as a Key User of Engineering department for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and as a Sub-Key User of Engineering department for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX. Worked for implementing and mapping business process into the Microsoft AX and D365 F&O SCM modules. Strong Knowledge of business process cycle and different SCM modules.· Responsible for analyzing the incoming inquiries from sales department, and preparing accurate General Arrangement drawings.· Responsible for establishing the specifications for the material/component procurement and play active role in helping the purchase dept in developing these new materials.· Responsible for tasks of analyzing the components to ensure design criteria and specific requirements.· Helping the Service team in troubleshooting and overhauling of Induction Furnace system.· Responsible for new design validation and analyzing the performance of new product installed at site.· Assigned with the tasks of planning, conducting and providing guidance to staff in areas of electrical design engineering.· Handling the job of checking and correcting the drawings of a panel before it is delivered for manufacturing.· Involved in training of new engineers joining the design department.· Solving problems at shop floor by working closely with production and testing people involved in Power supply assembly, electrical wiring and testing of panels.
