Responsibilities during Job: • New product development validations , testings , design reviews.• Testing and validation of new design fixtures , responsible for carried out pre and mass production activities.• Responsible for set up lean manufacturing concepts at manufacturing lines .• Customer Complaint & market Return failure analysis, customer site visits .• Process validations , set up CTQ , QMS documentations .• Carried out Quality control circle conventions at factory level .• Statistical Quality Control Knowledge & its implementation.• Line rejection analysis, • Bench Marking and Product Validation.• Rejection Analysis & Corrective & Preventive Actions.• Making QRM Reports.• Responsibility of fulfill PQC sheets• Vendor support .& provide vendor rating .• Implementation & preparation of check sheets ,MSDS,Control Plan.
