 Controlling and Management of Purchase Cost for the Plant.  Costing of the Seat and Door Parts (Sheet Metal parts, Plastic parts, Machined parts, PU Pads, Fabric and leathers) General Purchase Agreement with the suppliers. Tooling Costing and Cost Amortization with the Part. Supplier Capacity Confirmation. Review of Business Plan on monthly basis. Cost Saving in Purchase cost as per management target. Cost down by doing the Process Actualization. Finalization of Maker Layout. RFQ to suppliers for New Models, Obtaining Quotations, Making Comparison sheet and Negotiations. Issuing of Purchase Order to all suppliers on quarterly basis due to impact on RM and exchange rates. QAV of Suppliers and Job Workers. New Vendor development for cost down (Localization of Imported Parts in India) Responsible for arrangement of parts for events.  Coordination with Customers and making Sales Quotation during absence of Sales persons. Responsible for all Indirect Purchase like In-house tooling, Machines, Spares, Packaging Material, Consumables, Fixed Assets and Job Works.

Taking care of all the Purchase Activities related to Purchasing Operations of the Factory.Localization of Imported Parts in India.Monthly planning and procurement (for Direct purchase)Cost saving projects (VA & VE)Responsible of Indirect purchase and work orders also.

 Conduct Part Process Product Audit at vendor End based on HHML 36 attributes sheet. Negotiating with the suppliers for Price, Freight, Quality and Delivery. Coordinate with vendors for product development and to achieve production target and quality & Interacting with vendors and taking care of cost control & Daily Production Meeting. Purchasing/Procurement of materials among job workers ensuring material availability to meet production plan Telephonic discussion with vendors about quality & control. Making & execution of Vendor Up gradation Plan. Knowledge of DOL process, Member of customer support group, (DOL Review) Setting and monitoring of targets and objectives. Preparing, issuing & ensuring the material on time Responsible to control all documents related to ISO /TS-16949, TPM & Customer specific requirements. Development of Sub assemblies at vendor End. Doing work with SAP software & Co ordination of SAP Activity in Q.M Module. Verification of material test report. (Chemical & physical properties). Looking for 5-S, TPM, KAIZEN & Cost saving activities on the shop floor. Customer complaints handling, feedback, monitoring & interface with customers. Monthly MIS (Vendor evaluation and rating) & making Appraisal for whole deptt. QAV of New Development Sub. Assy., Parts & Auditing finished product as per customer requirements at vendor end. Handling customer complaints related with shop floor.
