Position Overview:As a Strategic Account Manager, I acted as a focal point of contact for my clients. The critical aspects of my role was to manage customer relationships, expectations, customer business assessment, risk analysis and customer satisfaction. I handled more than 65 clients which included top management from US based hospitals, enterprises, ACO, Communities and private providers from clinics.Job Functions / Responsibilities:> Communicate with 65+ clients to assess their comfort level with the eClinicalWorks EHR, understand their business operations, and help them reach their goals through the Know Your Client Initiative.> Monitor the ongoing projects of clients (like interface building; version upgrades; device installations, drug database upgrades etc.) by working with the project managers and internal teams.> Understand the clients practices including growth opportunities and risks so as to recognize and act upon opportunities to maximize the benefits of EHR implementation and related products and services.> Carry out detailed SWOT analysis for clients to identify and document potential issues, assess impacts, and recommend solutions.> Analyze practices and recommend and train them on products, features, and/or services to improve clients workflows and patient care.> Manage client requests and expectations by working with internal eClinicalWorks teams, including Interfaces, Project Management, Technical Support, Development, and Product Management.> Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, seeking ways to increase customer satisfaction.> Up-selling and Cross-selling of products and services in coherence to a client's vision.
