As a Strategy and Business Development head I am responsible to build and foray into different business line by diversifying the group portfolio. I am currently handling day to day business operations as a largest Franchisee partner for "MINISO" in India.I am responsible to build our in house cosmetics division and deliver on multiple market places.In addition to the above responsibilities my expertise would also be in collaborating and foraying into business landscapes related to F&B, Retail etc. to provide the group a growth accelerator in building a sustainable framework for the group.

I was working as a BA on Corporate Actions wherein my responsibility was related to making CA Announcement system efficient.Responsibilities: -1. As a BA I was responsible to handle the CA Announcement system efficient and effective i.e., Sigma tool which would later let the information input to be pushed as a result to 360 view system (client facing).2. I have been responsible to Automate jobs for multiple feeds to be directly ingested to the system which in turn evolved to largesr projects and creating a combination of multiple sources into one job.3. CDS Feeds which was one of the sources being used for Corp Action Announcement was automated and ingested to the system directly. It had an FTE saving of 1.07.4. I was also involved in the process of ingesting internal feed from Sigma product i.e. Corp Action tool to RDOS product which had a saving of 1.13 FTE.5. I was also involved in the process of fixing issues in reference to legacy system where Corp Action was being maintained which would flow from CA tool to be published in one of the legacy products.

I have worked on Swap products extensively which includes Total Return Swaps, Index Swaps, Option Swaps etc.I was handling D.E Shaw' s Asia Swap portfolio and have been instrumental in bringing changes with Corpact Bookings and PnL Reporting to the desk and investors.I have been instrumental in handling Desk and ManR queries for the portfolio. Also, added insights on the restructuring of portfolio reconstruction for illiquid or halted securities.The budgetary updates and commentary on PnL swings was provided by me.Automation of Capital Gains Tax calculations for Indian Market and streamlining the process.Corporate Action migration process was handled by me with stringent checks applied for PnL swings due to CA was provided by me.I have trained and handled graduates with the processes.

I did a Research on Defence Sector in India and the companies likely to benefit from "MAKE IN INDIA" initiated by the Govt. in India. I had also taken up the responsibility of forecasting Quarterly Earnings Report and had also assisted in providing IPO Report to Investors.
