As a manager, I conducted due diligence of potential targets, co-developed and maintained long-term corporate model used for budgeting and financing attraction in capital markets, monitored corporate service KPIs, budgeted operational businesses and holdings.

Performed analysis of renewable energy projects (M&A and greenfield, mainly solar and wind), financial modeling of projects in Ukraine, EU, Turkey, Latin America utilizing DCF, IRR and NPV methods. Drafted opportunity presentations for the Senior Executive Team. Managed business relationship, information flows and organized meetings with investment bankers, lawyers and financial institutions.
