Manage the processes of building a community and interacting with the HR managers, HRD, HRBP which improves corporate culture in companies and opens access to training on current business trends.

I lead a cross-functional team and the project "Bank of Industrial Tasks", which has helped 15,000 students in universities to solve cases of 50+ companies and startups and start professional development in key sectors of the economy since 2019.

Managed external and internal communications at the University 2035 Educational Intensive Center. Created from scratch a communication system with users (students and teachers of Russian universities), which allowed to attract 5,000 new customers to the company during the pandemic of Covid-19.Developed a system of funnels for email newsletters: a rubric and content for each group of users, preparation (text and layout) of letters for cold and warm clients (as a result, they reached a disclosure rate of 65%, the unsubscribe rate of 0.5%).Coordinated the work of editors, designers, proofreaders and copywriters who released more than 10 special projects and thematic longreads to the Russian media over the year.

Based on the results of high academic performance and exams, I was selected several times as an assistant tutor in the courses "History, Culture and Art of Spain", "Key texts of French literature", "Italian language". My key results were:- Developed 20+ author's methodological materials for accompanying students;- Tutor supporting of 50+ students and work with educational requests that led to an increase in the percentage of A+ results in the first and second years of the Bachelor's degree of the Faculty of Philology.

Participated in the development of a content plan for social networks of the author's program In The Now for collaboration with international bloggers. Developed a community strategy through virality and content sharing, which led to 2000+ new subscribers in 2 months.
