Starting from Welcome call to the client and taking down the job description. Timely updates on the hiring status to closure of the open positions.•Identified profiles which contributed immensely to our fulfilment deficiency rating. This reduced our refund percentage from a high of 30% to 10%•Liaised with tech and sales team in implementing a new sales panel which blocked out certain profiles which were detrimental to employer satisfaction score. This resulted in mitigating mis-selling and wrong commitments from the sales team.•Steered the fulfilment team from an average productivity of 1.5 hires per day to 3.5 hires. •Implement a mentorship program which provided us with an opportunity in identifying potential Team leads among the ranks; also this gave the new comers more of a personal grooming and thus increasing the employer satisfaction score as more experienced employee was handling all communications with the employer.•Experimented with business development with a team of 15 members.•Hiring team started out with a monthly business of 10 lakh per month (post refund) to a highest ever of 55 lakhs. -
