Developed software for Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP) team which monitors and manages all the Diebold ATM Terminals.The SNMP Agent is a C-based desktop application responsible for interacting with ATM hardware and providing device status information to monitoring system. It reports faults of devices through SNMP traps, and allows monitoring system to query the device status via SNMP Get and Get-Next.Part of the Diebold XFS Simulator team, which developed software to Simulate Diebold Hardware which could be used by applications to test their application on for various scenarios rather than testing on actual hardware.Delivered a Proof of concept on "Vendor - Neutral Fault Management System", which implemented Diebold SNMP product on other ATM vendors to provide cross- vendor independence, which won "Innovation of the year" award at Diebold Annual Day 2015.
