With a track record of leading industry-first transformations, I built and managed large cross-functional teams, developing and introducing new products to market.As the former SVP & CTO and then EVP & Interim CIO at Caesars Entertainment Corporation, I drove all aspects of technology operations and advanced technology by leading a mobile-enabled, internal and customer-focused transformation of every business aspect … improving transparency, collaboration, efficiency, and scalability, while creating new revenue streams. Previously, I served as the CIO for the Las Vegas Sands Corporation and Marina Bay Sands in Singapore, as well as the corporate CTO and Head of Innovation for Corporate Las Vegas Sands, where I strengthened the businesses and led the recovery from a significant cyber-attack. As a leader, I advise and coach executives on C-Suite strategy, IT operations, data center consolidation, and cyber security through my own consulting firm, Vichaar LLC. I am passionate about innovation, data, AI, and digital transformation, backed by expertise in all aspects of technology and operations leadership and management, as well as IT consulting. I hold 3 patents, an MBA from the University of Chicago, and a BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Louisville.
