Created weekly interlocks to prioritize key initiatives for maximum improvement impact to clients. Results rendered the dashboards becoming a go-to portal for all executives and leaders within 3 months to determine product health and drive priorities within their teams. Improved overall security health by more than 15% in 4 months.▪ Key Project #2: Initiated the budget and engineering transition plan to aid Salesforce in migrating to Public cloud (from private datacenter to AWS public cloud across all the infra technology SaaS services). Orchestrated a new AWS Public Cloud model by each monitoring, Big Data, and AI SaaS services, reviewing initial AWS capacity asks and M/M growth to transition to Public cloud in 6 months.
