I am qualified in Aseptic manufacturing specials, chemotherapy, Total Parental Nutrition and batch manufacturing. I am instrumental in the delivery of a responsive and appropriate pharmacy aseptic reconstitution service, working within quality systems and standards which are maintained in accordance with principles of GMP and department SOP’s. I have helped set- up the ChemoCare program (electronic prescribing) within the Trust, and providing support and knowledge of protocols and training.I am a successful Pharmacy team leader that has extensive skills in managing and developing teams, by providing support, knowledge and clear expectations. Considered by colleagues as a strong team player, I am able to work alone or as part of a multi disciplinary team. I am able to develop and maintain excellent working relationships. In addition to these skills, I can bring leadership skills, a strong work ethic, as well as excellent organisation skills. I have the ability to handle challenging situations and able to work in a fast-paced environment, while still having an excellent level of GMP and following the department SOP’s. My experience has been to aid the training of staff to follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Standard operating Procedures (SOP’s) which has to be constantly updated and maintained in manufacturing section 10 medicines, licensed batches and chemotherapy.I currently manage the paediatric ChemoCare system for the NUH NHS Trust, applying my skills to organise and submit SACT data, manage and maintain the day to day ChemoCare system and to help manage short and long term projects.
