Procured all items relating to MRO. Designed, implemented and supervised the activities in the stock room in each of the 3 plants. Significant cost savings were realized due to reduced administrative costs, rebates and quantity price breaks.- Analyzed original equipment manufacturer (OEM) inventory. Negotiated new pricing with local distributers and manufactures provided savings of $300K.
