I managed a team of over 10 associates, ensuring that they met the company's standards and goals, and that they provided excellent service to the customers. I also helped customers find solutions to their problems, and recommended products that suited their needs and preferences.In August 2023, I joined B & B Molded Products as an operator, where I apply my skills and knowledge in a different industry. I am responsible for operating and maintaining various machines and equipment, following safety and quality procedures, and reporting any issues or defects. I also participate in training and mentoring programs, where I share my expertise and learn new skills from other operators.
